Orbitz is a soul-less, deceitful, cesspool of thieves
Orbitz recently sent me an e-mail with the title “Prepare For Your Trip - San Antonio.” It mentions the following: “Have your travel plans changed? Many tickets can be exchanged or cancelled online,” Fuck you Orbitz. You guys are thieves and completely full of shit. I tried to cancel my hotel 2 weeks in advance and you criminals said that I wouldn’t be able to get a penny back. I sent both an e-mail and a letter to you thugs and haven’t heard a single word back. This is in addition to a previous encounter that I had with Orbitz, in which I fell for your scam “travel insurance” and of course didn’t get a goddamned dime back when I had to cancel my trip. I have used orbitz in the past, but no more. And I will spread the word to EVERYONE I KNOW that Orbitz is a deceitful, scumbag, cesspool of crooks. I am on a full-on fucking crusade to expose what unscrupulous criminals you are. I will tirelessly rant to all I come in contact with about your sleazy practices and let them know that they would have to have the IQ of a salad fork to buy anything from you. So, in summary, you guys (orbitz) are nothing but a bunch of goddamned soul-less liars. But the legion of screwed-over Orbitz victims, I mean “customers,” will get the last laugh when you sewer rats declare bankruptcy as a direct result of stealing from people. Go to hell.

Have you read the conditions of your Insurance? As far as my knowledge is concerned, Insurance Companies don’t just refund without making sure reasons for cancellation follow their coverage or conditions.I am an intelligent customer and I will definitely use ORBITZ again!

I am not depending orbitz for this one but have you ever read the terms and condition of the reservation that you booked. ofcourse as a customer it is important to us to have knowledge about the policy of the ticket or even the coverage of the insurance. It doesnt mean that if we purchased an insurance, and then we found out that we want to cancel the reservation, ofcourse th insurance company will verify first if there is a reason for them to refund any amount on the reservation that you booked. So before you put the blame to this travel agencies, lets try to check first if these blog that we are posting is worth reading for. God Bless..

Just got off the phone with a second customer service rep in a week. Bastards Scammers White collar crooks ! I am surprised that they are still able to conduct business here in the US.
I booked 3 tickets for over $1100 with them even though I was getting it cheaper else where bcoz of the price assurance. Later our aunt decides to join us for the trip and her daughter books the exact same flight (same day/same time/next row) for around $250, so the difference Orbitz owes me is well over $100 per ticket, but the lying SOG Orbitz tracker still says that I have the lowest price. First time I called, they asked me to give 48 hours, I said fine, I will give you a week, 2 weeks later, still the same. Today, I was told that she is going to write to the back office folks as to why the lowest price has not been reflected yet. I told her to better get straighten it out or I want a fkin refund by tomorrow so I can book the lower price directly with the airlines. Lets see.
This one, I have all the proof, screen-shots, screen videos, printouts, their Price Assurance policy, everything and am willing to take it all the way. If it does not go nicely, I will first complete the travel, then dispute the entire CC charge with Amex and send them the entire information. I will make sure that not only I get the price difference which is by all means mine but I also get reimbursed for all the pain and anxiety caused by their criminal intent.
