Ditto. Encountered much the same when rebooking cancelled trip from March 2009. Conflicting information when credit could be used, how to use it, etc. Finally got Continental flights I wanted - easy two non-stops - and it took me over an hour and a half on phone to use the credit. Passed through three people in India, each one more difficult to hear and understand. Still no confirmation of bookings and I'm only a couple of days away from departure. Never, never, ever use Orbitz again.
