It failed to complete, stating I had missed some info. I filled out the info required, and again it said I missed some info. I compelted a third time. Keep in mind that it never stated it had completed any charges.... after the third failure I communicated with them directy only to find out that I had $1500 in charges..!!! after 3 hours on the phone,me calling my bank them calling my bank, the airline and rental establishment. They refunded my charges but 7-10 business days were needed.... I esclated it to the highest level nothing could be done.. I will never use them again....This was my checking account.... caused me unbelievable issues... Just make direct reservations with airline and car.... its not worth what could happen....if you work with them... I was attempting to book a flight and car on orbitz. I finally spoke directly with the airline involved - United. Now I'm no special fan of United - after all, they break guitars 8>) - but they were gracious and very helpful. Applied the ticket to another flight for a $250 transfer fee, their standard. I suggest you use Orbitz only to survey prices among airlines and then book directly with the airline.
